Refund Policy

Nature of Services

137Foundry LLC provides custom development services, including web development, mobile apps, AI integration, and data automation. Every project is built to meet your specific needs. This is not a product off a shelf — it is tailored work created for you.

Unstarted Work

If a project has not yet been started, a full refund will be issued. No questions asked.

Partially Completed Work

If a project is in progress and you wish to cancel, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work that has been completed and delivered. Any work that has already been completed and delivered to you is non-refundable, as that time and effort has already been invested on your behalf.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to begin a project, the deposit amount and terms will be clearly outlined in the project agreement before any payment is made. Deposit refund terms will be addressed within that agreement.

Completed Work

Once a project has been completed and all deliverables have been provided, no refunds will be issued. Completed work represents the full fulfillment of the agreed-upon scope.

If you have a concern about your project or a billing matter, please reach out to dennis@137foundry.com. I'm reasonable and prefer to resolve things directly. Open communication goes a long way, and I'm committed to finding a fair resolution.
