137Foundry LLC provides custom web development, mobile app development, AI integration, and data automation services. The following terms apply to all service engagements:

  • The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a project agreement before work begins
  • Payment terms, including any deposit requirements, will be agreed upon on a per-project basis
  • Communication expectations, including response times and preferred channels, will be established at the start of each engagement

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply if you choose to provide your mobile phone number to 137Foundry LLC and opt in to receive text (SMS) messages from us. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to the terms in this section. Consenting to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

  • Program description. If you opt in, 137Foundry LLC may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry or engagement — for example, appointment and consultation reminders, booking confirmations, account or project notifications, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
  • How you opt in. You provide express consent by submitting your mobile number through our contact or booking forms, by checking a text-messaging consent box where offered, or by otherwise asking us to communicate with you by text. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opting out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we may send a one-time confirmation, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information, opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product, including code, designs, and deliverables, will be defined in the project agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise specified in writing, the terms of intellectual property transfer or licensing will be outlined before work begins.
